Happy New Year to all our students!

2022 was a challenging year for everyone. As in previous years, there were several bouts of illness amongst both students and parents. Unfortunately this affected our December concert, with many pupils unable to attend despite putting in a tremendous amount of preparation. Those who were able to perform at our Recital in Red, which this time took place at Branston Golf & Country Club, did not only themselves proud, but also their absent friends.

We were honoured to be joined by the Mayor and Mayoress of East Staffordshire who were delighted with the performances on what was their last public engagement of the year. The Mayor, himself a classically-trained singer, expressed great understanding and appreciation for the vital role that music plays in education and praised the dedication shown by students, parents and teachers alike.
